Managing Multiple Branches

If your organization has more than one branch, and your user permissions are set to access them, you can easily keep track of everything that happens in each branch, assign staff and clients to different branches and limit users access to a single branch.

The branch-centric perspective is specially targeted at executives, managers, accountants or people in your organization who need to have access to the information of all branches at any time.

When you select a branch on the top bar, all the following sections will reflect that branch's data only:

  • Dashboard: will show all the activities and indicators for that branch.
  • List of Clients, Groups, Savings, Loans and Transactions
  • Search Bar
  • Reporting

If you have the permissions to access all branches, this will be the option that's selected by default when you login into Mambu. To select a specific branch, just click on All Branches > select the branch.
