Loan Account Attachments

Overview
Any Loan account can have files (attachments) uploaded in Mambu, for example: scans of documentation required in the loan application process, signed forms, loan agreement etc.
Upload document
- Go to the Loan Account.
- Click on Attachments tab > Upload Document.
- Type the name and description you want to give to the document.
- Click Choose File > select the file you want to upload > Click Send.
- Once the file name appears on the screen, click on Save Changes.
Allowed Filetypes:
- Images - JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF
- Documents - PDF, XML, DOC, DOCX, DOCM, DOT, DOTX, DOTM, XLS, XLSX, XLSB, PPT, PPTX, ODT, OTT, FODT, PDF, XML, TXT, CSV, PROPERTIES, MSG, TIF, ZIP, RTF, XLSM, ODS, ODP, EML, EMLX, HTML, MHT, MHTML, XPS, NUMBERS, KEY, PAGES, YAML, JSON, JASPER, JRXML.
Non-Allowed Filetypes:
- XHTML, JS, JSP, PHP, SWF, etc.
Please Note
- Obfuscated PDF files will always be rejected, since our anti-virus cannot scan them for malware.
- You cannot upload files without an extension, with multiple extensions or containing a period in their name.
- The following characters are not allowed to be used in the file's name when uploaded to Mambu:
/ > < | : & ? * [ ] # \* `
Please be Aware
The maximum size (per file) is currently set to 50 MB. There is no limitation for the number of files you can attach to a loan account.
Actions that can be performed on documents
Preview document
- Click on Actions drop-down at the right-hand end of each row
- Click on Preview
- Or, click directly on the documents' name
Download document
- Click on Actions drop-down at the right-hand end of each row
- Click on Download
Edit document
- Click on Actions drop-down at the right-hand end of each row
- Click on Edit
- Make the desired changes
- Click on Save Changes
Delete document
- Click on Actions drop-down at the right-hand end of each row
- Click on Delete
- Confirm
