As a new Mambu customer, our onboarding team will guide you through our onboarding process and answer any questions you may have. In a series of onboarding sessions, we will walk you through the core functionality in the Mambu UI and we will help you configure your initial setup so your organization can get up and running as fast as possible.
Once the onboarding process is complete, we will inform you about all available Mambu Support resources for any further help you may need. For more information, see Mambu Support.
Customer Service Portal
The Customer Service Portal provides access to your tenant information. During the onboarding process your team will have access to users with the onboarding user type.
Once onboarding is complete, the onboarding users will be replaced by users with more wide-ranging access to the Customer Service Portal. For more information about Customer Service Portal and its user types, see Customer Service Portal.
Tenant provisioning
We will provision you with your production tenant and your sandbox tenants, which can be accessed via the Mambu UI or via API.
- Production:
https://TENANT_NAME.mambu.com
- Sandbox:
https://TENANT_NAME.sandbox.mambu.com
Your tenant name will be available in the Customer Service Portal. For more information about your production and sandbox tenants and their differences, see User Guide - Sandbox and API v2 Reference - Sandbox.
