Overview

This is a list of all of the indicators available for use in reports in Mambu, divided into categories.


Outreach Information

Indicator Description
Groups Borrowing Number of unique groups that have an Active or Active in Arrears loan account.
Active Solidarity Groups Number of Active and Active in arrears individual loan accounts, that are part of a Solidarity Group.
Active Clients Number of clients in Active State.
Open Clients Number of non-closed Clients (Pending Approval, Active or Inactive State).
Closed Clients Number of clients in Exited or Blacklisted state.
Exited Clients Number of clients in Exited state.
Inactive Clients Number of clients in Inactive state.
Pending Approval Clients Number of clients in Pending Approval state.
Average Group Size The number of unique clients that are part of a group, divided by total number of groups.
Borrowers (In Groups) Number of unique individuals within the group that have an Active or Active in Arrears account.
Borrowers (Individuals) Number of clients that have an Active or Active in Arrears account, that are not part of a group.
Borrowers (Solidarity Groups) Number of unique clients that have an Active or Active in Arrears loan account that is part of a solidarity group.
Percentage of Female Borrowers Percentage of Clients with Female gender out of all clients that have at least one active loan account or in a group with an active loan account.
Number of Group Depositors Number of unique groups that have an Active, Matured, Locked or In Arrears deposit account.
Number of Group Deposit Accounts Number of unique clients that are part of a group that has an Active, Matured, Locked or In Arrears deposit account.(The deposit account should belong to the group, not the individual).
Number of Individual Depositors Number of unique clients that have an Active, Matured, Locked or In Arrears deposit account.
Number of Clients The number of all the clients from the database (regardless of client state).
Number of Groups The number of all pure groups from the database.

Deposit Accounts Portfolio

Indicator Description
Deposit Accounts Number of all deposit accounts in state Active, Mature, Locked or In Arrears state.
Total Deposits Total balance of all Active, Mature, Locked or In Arrears state deposit accounts with positive balance.
Interest Payable Total interest accrued (not yet applied) of Active, Mature, Locked or In Arrears state deposit accounts.
Total Overdrafts Total balance of all the overdraft accounts.

Loan Portfolio

Indicator Description
Loans Outstanding Number of all loan accounts in state Active or In Arrears.
Loans Pending Disbursal Number of all loan accounts in state Approved.
Loans Awaiting Approval Number of all loan accounts in the state Pending Approval.
Loans in Arrears Number of all loan accounts in the state Active in Arrears.
Portfolio Pending Disbursal The amount of money that results from the sum of principal due of all loan accounts in the state Approved.
Gross Loan Portfolio (GLP) Total principal balance of loans that are in Active or In Arrears state. Partially disbursed loans are ignored (refinanced loans not yet disbursed).
Total Disbursed (Active Loans) Total amount for loans that are in Active and In Arrears state.
Loans Disbursed (All time) Total amount of (unreversed) disbursement transactions.
Average Loan Balance The amount of money that results from dividing the Gross Loan Portfolio by the number of loan accounts in state Active and Active in Arrears.
Projected Loan Interest Earnings Total Interest Due of all the installments for Active and In Arrears Loans.

Risk & Aging Analysis

Indicator Description Value Type
Portfolio at Risk Total principal balance for loans that are In Arrears, divided by GLP (Gross Loan Portfolio). Percentage
Value at Risk Total principal balance of loans that are In Arrears. Amount of money.
Interest In Suspense Total interest due for all the installments of loans in state Active in Arrears. Amount of money.
PAR > 7 days Total principal balance of accounts that are In Arrears for more than 7 days, divided by GLP. Percentage
PAR > 15 days Total principal balance of accounts that are In Arrears for more than 15 days, divided by GLP. Percentage
PAR 7 to 30 Total principal balance of accounts that are In Arrears between the last 7 days to 30 days, divided by GLP. Percentage
PAR > 30 days Total principal balance of accounts that are In Arrears for more than 30 days, divided by GLP. Percentage
PAR > 90 days Total principal balance of accounts that are In Arrears for more than 90 days, divided by GLP. Percentage
PAR 90  to 180 Total principal balance of accounts that are In Arrears between the last 90 days to 180 days, divided by GLP.  Percentage
PAR 180 to 360 Total principal balance of accounts that are In Arrears between the last 180 days to 360 days, divided by GLP.  Percentage
VAR > 7 DAYS Total principal balance of accounts that are In Arrears for more than 7 days. Amount of money.
VAR > 15 DAYS Total principal balance of accounts that are In Arrears for more than 15 days. Amount of money.
VAR > 30 days Total principal balance of accounts that are In Arrears for more than 30 days. Amount of money.
VAR > 90 days Total principal balance of accounts that are In Arrears for more than 90 days. Amount of money.

Organization Indicators

Indicator Description
Branches Number of all branches in your organization.
Credit Officers Number of all the credit officers in your organization.
Loans per Branch Number of all loan accounts in state Active or Active in Arrears divided by the number of branches of your organization.
Loans per Credit Officer Number of all loan accounts in state Active or Active in Arrears divided by the number of credit officers in your organization.
Number of Loans (all times) Number of all loan accounts in your organization.
Number of Users Total number of users in the organization.
