Importing and Exporting

You can export objects in Mambu Process Orchestrator as .json files.

  1. Select the object.
  2. Click the More actions in the upper, right-hand corner and select Download.

  1. MPO uploads the object into temporary storage. A notification will display in the upper-right hand corner. This action also triggers a Notification Email.
  2. Inside the notification, click to file to bring up the system Save dialogue box.
  3. Select the desired folder and save as normal.

Filename Format

The exported file will have a filename in the following format: object_123456_1519247559.json.

Filename Element Description
object Represents the object type: folder, conv (process or state diagram), or dashboard
123456 Represents the MPO object ID
1519247559 Unload time (in Unix timestamp format)

Notification Email

When an object is uploaded into temporary storage, the following notification email is also sent to the user with the option to download.

To import an object into MPO:

  1. Navigate to the folder you'd like to create the object in.
  2. Click Create and select From file.
  3. Choose the desired .json file from your computer and click Open.
  4. The object will be created in the current folder.
