Fin becomes available in different parts of the Mambu Help Center depending on whether you are signed in.
Where you can use Fin
Once you are signed in, you can access Fin in:
The Ticket Portal
The Mambu Help Center (after authentication)
Step 1: Log in to the Ticket Portal
To access Fin for the first time, you must log in to the Ticket Portal and complete authentication.
This ensures your organisation and permissions are correctly recognised.
Step 2: Access Fin in the Ticket Portal
After logging in, Fin becomes available inside the Ticket Portal.
Step 3: Access Fin in the Help Center
After you have successfully logged into the Ticket Portal at least once, Fin will also be available when you return to the Mambu Help Center.
You do not need to repeat the login process each time, as your authentication is retained.
Important note
To use Fin for the first time, you must always authenticate through the Ticket Portal first. Without this step, Fin will not be available in the Help Center.
