Open with Mambu Support- Your request is being actively investigated by the Support team.
Open with Technical Support - Your request has been assigned for deeper technical investigation.
Open with Product Support- Your request has been escalated for product-level review.
Awaiting Your Reply - The Support team is waiting for additional information from your side.
Awaiting Bug Fix, Release, Feature- Your request is linked to a confirmed issue, fix, or planned release.
Resolved - Your request has been resolved. If needed, you can reopen it by replying within the conversation.
