What happens after I submit a Support Request

After you submit a support request, it is automatically assigned to the Support team.

Request assignment

Your request is reviewed and routed based on its type and priority.

Investigation

The Support team begins investigating the issue or question. You may be contacted if additional information is required.

Updates

You will receive updates through both:

  • Fin Messenger

  • Email notifications

Resolution

Once the investigation is complete, the request will be marked as resolved.

If needed, you can continue the conversation by replying to the existing request.
