Mambu is moving to a new Help Center, introducing a new way to access support and manage your requests.
Support is accessed through the Help Center and Customer Portal.
What is changing
Inside the Help Center and Customer Portal, you can:
Ask questions using Fin, our AI assistant
Receive guidance based on Mambu’s knowledge base
Create support requests when further investigation is needed
Track and manage your existing cases in one place
Fin will review your request and suggest relevant information where possible before a support request is created.
What to expect
The new experience is designed to make support more structured and efficient.
You will start by interacting with Fin for initial guidance. If your issue cannot be resolved through available information, you will be guided to create a support request for our Support team.
More complex issues will continue to be handled by our Support engineers according to standard processes and service levels.
What is not changing is our commitment to providing reliable support and resolving issues according to agreed service levels.
