MyMambu - your control panel

MyMambu is a self-service portal, available to all customers. It allows you to manage your Mambu instance, contact and billing data, along with a customized view of features and ideas that are of your interest.
Your MyMambu account is automatically created when you sign up for Mambu and can be accessed at my.mambu.com.
You can, at any time and free of cost, create additional users to service your administrative purpose.
The users tab displays a list of all MyMambu users and their profile information, including name, email address, permissions, and last login date.
The first MyMambu user (usually created by us as part of the delivery process) will be set as the account owner. This user can not be deleted and will always have all available permissions. If this user changes roles or leaves the company for example, we advise that as part of the offboarding process you ask them to change the user details and email address to that of their replacement. The new user will receive a confirmation email and will need to set a new password. If you no longer have access to this email account and need the MyMambu owner changed, please reach out to your customer service representative.
Creating a new MyMambu user
After your MyMambu account has been created, you may create as many additional user profiles as you like. Permission settings are available for each tab of the MyMambu interface so you can control access as desired.
- Navigate to the Users tab.
- Click Create User.
- Fill in the required fields (username, first name, last name, and email).
- Under Permissions, check the box next to the tabs you'd like the new user to have access to. If you do not select any of the checkboxes, the user will not be able to see/do anythig.
- Click Create.
- The user will receive an invitation email containing a link to create their password.
Updating a user
After a user has been created, the owner (Mambu Champion) can modify the user profile by clicking on a user name in the Users tab, which will bring up the Update User screen. Here they can edit the profile information, change the email address and update the permissions for the selected user. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*). Be sure to click Update to save changes.
If you change a user's email address, they will receive an email at the new address and will be asked to confirm the change and enter a new password for their account.
Deleting a user
After a user has been created, the owner/a user that has the manage users permissions assigned can delete them by navigating to the Users tab, clicking on a user name to bring up the Update User screen and clicking Delete.

The roadmap tab gives you a personalized view of features and ideas that you or your organization have raised with Mambu. Both lists can be filtered by state, by clicking the large blue links above the list and each column can be sorted by clicking on the column headers.
This section allows you to view and edit contact information related to your Mambu account.
The only contact that we display and allow for editing is the main contact, the "Mambu Champion", who will be your main point of contact between your company and Mambu.
