Searching for an Account

Searching in Mambu

Just like for the clients, there are two ways to search for an account in Mambu.

You can do it directly from the search box, or use the filter options from the loans' or deposit's view.

Search box

Every account in Mambu has a unique ID number which you can use to find them through the search box.

Just enter the account's ID in the search box and as you start typing the result will be displayed.

Filtering options

If you want to search for all the loans under a same category, Mambu offers you several filtering options. You can search for a specific account filtering it by:

• Branch
• Credit Officer
• Account State
• Loan Product
• Loan Balance
• Date when it was created
