Predefined Menu Items
The following menu items are predefined in Mambu and can't be removed from the Navigation Bar:
Creating Menu Items
- Click the Gear button from the Navigation Bar.
- Click plus to add a new menu item.
- Give your menu item a Name.
- Select the type of custom view that can be added underneath the menu. See Menu Item Types below.
By default all menu items include the Custom View "All..." item, corresponding to the menu type (ie, "All Clients" for Clients type). You can add additional custom views after Parent Menu creation, by clicking "Create New View" button. Each custom view allows setting conditions for filters and fields, as well as with which user roles the views are shared.

Deleting and Disabling Menu Items
For deleting or disabling a menu item, click the edit button near the Parent Menu dropdown and Delete or Disable the menu. Deleting the menu will delete all the custom views that belong to it. Disabling it will remove the menu from the navigation bar, until it’s enabled again.
